Front Office Reception

Debbie works the front desk of our office and will be the friendly face you will see when you first enter the office. She is the individual who will check you in for your appointment by verifying your insurance and making sure all the paperwork is complete. Debbie also helps to schedule appointments for our patients and is the individual who will return most phone calls left on the main voicemail.
Billing Manager

Samantha Peters is our in house billing manager. She will be the person who works directly with your insurance company to get your claims processed correctly. If you have billing questions you may call her directly at 469-378-3138, or contact her through email at speters@losmdfw.com. She will also be the one to contact you about past due balances, setting up payment arrangements, or speak with you about any issues that may arise with your insurance claims.
X-Ray Technician
Edward:Edward is the x-ray technician for our office and thus is responsible for taking your x-rays. He will also assist with removing casts and splints. He is responsible for collecting your health vitals and inputting them into the computer system. Edward is also fluent in Spanish and helps our Spanish-speaking patients with our doctors so they feel more comfortable with their health issues.

Administrative Coordinator

Brenda is the administrative coordinator for our office. She schedules the surgeries for all three doctors and will answer your questions regarding preparing for the surgical procedure. She will work with you to get our patients scheduled at the appropriate facility, verifies your insurance and explains the financial process. Expect to hear from her the day after your surgery as she calls to ensure you are doing well.
