Front Office Reception

Debbie works the front desk of our office and will be the friendly face you will see when you first enter the office. She is the individual who will check you in for your appointment by verifying your insurance and making sure all the paperwork is complete. Debbie also helps to schedule appointments for our patients and is the individual who will return most phone calls left on the main voicemail.
Billing Manager

Samantha Peters is our in house billing manager. She will be the person who works directly with your insurance company to get your claims processed correctly. If you have billing questions you may call her directly at 469-378-3138, or contact her through email at speters@losmdfw.com. She will also be the one to contact you about past due balances, setting up payment arrangements, or speak with you about any issues that may arise with your insurance claims.
X-Ray Technician

The X-Ray Technician is responsible for taking your x-rays. They will also assist with removing casts and splints. They are responsible for collecting your health vitals and inputting them into the computer system. The X-Ray Technician is also fluent in Spanish and helps our Spanish-speaking patients with our doctors so they feel more comfortable with their health issues.
Clinical Assistant
The Clinical Assistant is the medical assistant for Dr. Gemas, Dr. Patel and Dr. Stanley. They will take your health vitals as well as go over your health history with you. Working with the doctor, They will coordinate any referrals and prescriptions which are ordered for you in an efficient matter. The Clinical Assistant is one of the staff members who will call and confirm your appointment the day before you are to come in.Scheduler
